국문 초록

연구목적: 광주·전남지역 유치원 교사의 통합교육 태도는 어떠한지, 유치원 교사의 통합교육에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인은 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 광주광역시와 전라남도의 유치원 교사 143명의 ‘통합교육에 관한 교사 태도’에 대해 기초통계와 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 광주·전남지역의 유치원 교사들은 통합교육에 대한 ‘인식’ 단계를 넘어 ‘실행효과’, ‘협력’, ‘개인’, ‘정보’ 단계에서 관심과 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 광주·전남지역의 유치원 교사의 통합교육 태도는 통합교육 경험, 통합교육 관련 연수, 특수교육학개론 수강 여부에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의: 유치원 교사들의 통합교육과 관련하여 실행효과 및 협력과 관련된 교육적 지원이 보다 강화될 필요가 있겠다. 또한 교사의 통합교육 경험 여부에 따라 교사교육의 내용과 방법을 달리하여 지원할 필요가 있겠다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to examine the level of concerns toward inclusive education and influencing factors among kindergarten teachers in the Gwangju and Jeonnam. Method: Basic statistics and t-tests were performed on the responses from 143 kindergarten teachers. Results: First, it was found that the kindergarten teachers showed high levels of interest and demand in the stages of ‘consequence’, ‘collaboration’, ‘personal’ and ‘informational’. Second, the concerns of kindergarten teachers toward inclusive education showed differences between groups depending on their experience with inclusive education, participation in related training programs, and a course in Introduction to Special Education. Conclusion: Educational support related to the consequence and collaboration in inclusive education for kindergarten teachers should be further strengthened.
