The purpose of this study was to verify the impact of beauty professionals' self-management on work engagement and business performance, and further to empirically analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction. To achieve this, data were collected through a structured questionnaire targeting 466 beauty experts. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 28.0. Additionally, mediation effect analysis was performed using the bootstrappingmethod. The conclusions drawn through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, beauty professionals’ self-management was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, beauty experts’ self-management was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on business performance. Third, beauty professionals’ job satisfaction was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on work engagement and management performance. Fourth, job satisfaction showed a complete mediating effect in the relationship between beauty professionals’ self-management and work engagement, and job satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-management and business performance.
