국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 장애인 운동선수의 관점에서 은퇴 후 경력 및 직업을 위한 효율적인 지원 방안과 고용 지원 교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 달성하기 위해, 교육 내용은 먼저 교육 프로그램 개발 단계에서 제시된 교육 시스템 개발 ADDIE 모델에 따라 이론적 근거에 대한 관련 선행 연구를 검토하고, 그 후 고용 교육에서 다룰 주요 주제를 도출하여 구성되었다. 다음으로, 선정된 교육 내용을 효과적으로 교육하기 위해, 관련 기관의 고용 교육 프로그램 수업을 활용하였다. 마지막으로, 개발된 프로그램의 내용과 구조의 유효성을 논의하고, 은퇴한 장애인 운동선수를 위한 고용 교육의 목적이 달성되었는지 전문가 평가를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하였다. 이 연구는 장애인 운동선수의 은퇴 후 고용을 위한 현장 실용적인 다양한 수준의 고용 지원 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고, 장애인 고용 촉진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an employment support education program and to provide efficient support measures such as career and job after retirement from the perspective of disabled athletes. To achieve this goal, the educational content was constructed by first reviewing related prior research on the theoretical basis according to the educational program development stage presented by the teaching system development ADDIE model, and then deriving key topics to be dealt with in employment education. Next, in order to effectively educate the selected educational content, classes in employment education programs for affiliated organizations were used. Finally, the effectiveness of the program was verified by evaluating whether the purpose of employment education for retired athletes with disabilities set up through expert evaluation was achieved to discuss the validity of the content and structure of the developed program. It is hoped that this study will provide basic data for the development of various levels of employment support education programs that can be actually used in the field for the employment of retired athletes with disabilities and contribute to boosting employment for the disabled.
