국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 유럽 교사 교육정책, 프로그램 및 연구 동향을 분석하여 유럽 교사 교육 연구의 동향을 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법 유럽의 교사 교육에 관한 기존 연구 및 문헌 분석을 통해 유럽의 교사 교육 및 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 유럽 교사 교육정책은 평생학습 역량과 평생학습 의지를 강조한다. 또한 다양성과 불확실성에 대처하고 협업하는 기술과 같은 전문 역량이 강조됩니다. 볼로냐 프로세스에서 합의된 “2년 + 3년” 고등교육 학위 모델은 프로그램에 영향을 미쳤지만, 프로그램의 30%는 여전히 5년 미만이다. 교육학 또는 전문 연구는 초등학교 ITE에서 1~4년, 중등학교 ITE에서 0~2년이 걸린다. 대부분의 유럽 국가에서는 직장에서 배우는 것과 같은 교사 자격을 위한 대체 경로가 있다. 유럽 국가의 교사 교육자들은 교사 교육 연구를 포함한 교육 연구에 적극적으로 참여하고 있다. 주요 연구 분야로는 교사 교육의 일관성, 교사의 PDL, 교육에서의 기술 활용, 다양성과 포용성, 정책과 거버넌스, 지속 가능한 개발과 시민 교육이 있습니다. 결론 결론으로 EU 정책 문서에 기술된 전략적 목표를 반영하는 교사 교육 프로그램이나 커리큘럼의 목표, 교사 교육 개발을 위한 유럽 국가 간의 강력한 협력 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to derive trends in European teacher education research by analyzing European teacher education policies, programs, and research trends. Methods: Through previous research and literature analysis on teacher education in Europe, trends in teacher education and research in Europe were analyzed. Results: The European teacher education policy emphasises lifelong learning competences and the willingness to learn throughout life. Moreover, professional competences, such as dealing with diversity and uncertainty, and collaboration skills are emphasised. The agreed “two + three year” higher education degree model from the Bologna process has influenced the programs; however, 30% of the programs are still shorter than five years. Pedagogical or professional studies take 1-4 years in primary ITE and 0-2 years in secondary ITE. In many European countries, there are alternative pathways to teacher qualification, such as learning on the job. Teacher educators in European countries are active in educational research, including research on teacher education. Conclusion: Conclusions include the aims of the teacher education programs or curricula reflecting strategic aims described in EU policy documents, strong collaboration between European countries in the development of teacher education, etc.
