유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 유아교사의 발문 기술 유형 탐색: 질적 사례 연구를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 개정 누리과정의 놀이 활성화를 위한 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 교사의 발문 기술 유형을 탐색하고, 그 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 유아교육 현장에서 오랜 기간 교사와 원감으로 재직한 연구자 1인이며, 연구자의 경험을 바탕으로 질적 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 교사 발문 유형은 새로운 아이디어를 자극하는 개방적 질문, 이전 경험과 연결 짓도록 지원하는 성찰적 발문, 서로의 의견을 교환하도록 촉진하는 발문의 3가지 유형으로 분류되었으며, 창의성 증진을 위한 발문 기술 전략은 명확한 의미 담기, 유아의 의도 파악하기, 모호함에 대해 인내하기, 도전과 호기심에 가치두기의 5가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 본 연구는 유아 교사의 발문 기술에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하고, 유아의 창의성 발달을 촉진하는 효과적인 발문 기술 전략을 개발하기 위한 기초 정보를 제공하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 예비 교사 교육 및 현장 교사의 전문성 개발에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the types of kindergarten teachers' questioning techniques to promote young children's creativity through a qualitative case study based on the researcher's experiences as a teacher and principal. The research data included personal records and class-related materials. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results of the study classified the types of teacher's questioning techniques to promote young children's creativity into five categories: questions that support imagination, questions with clear meaning and purpose, follow-up questions, questions that encourage participation in the problem-solving process, and questions that help children organize their thoughts. Specific examples for each type were presented and analyzed to explore the impact on the development of young children's creativity. This study is expected to provide a deep understanding of kindergarten teachers' questioning techniques and contribute to developing effective questioning strategies to promote young children's creativity. Additionally, it is expected to be utilized in pre-service teacher education and professional development for in-service teachers.
