국문 초록

실험을 위한 동물을 대체하는 시험법은 필수이다. 앞으로 대체 시험 방법은 윤리적인 방향과 함께 실험 결과의 정확성, 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있어야 한다. 또한 대부분의 경우 동물을 이용한 시험 대비 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있다. 최근 동물대체시험법으로 세포배양, 인공피부, QSAR, 오믹스 데이터 기반 분석이 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 AI와 결합된 형태로 빅데이터를 기반으로 하는 독성, 유효성 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에서도 제브라피쉬 모델은 독성과 노화에 대한 연구에 매우 유용하며, 동물대체 모델로서 생체내 연구에 적합하다. 제브라피쉬 또한 바이오 프린팅, AI, 빅데이터 분야와의 융합이 기대된다.

영문 초록

Testing methods that replace animals for experiments are essential. In the future, alternative testing methods should be able to increase the accuracy and efficiency of experimental results along with ethical directions. In addition, in most cases, it can save costs and time compared to testing using animals. Recently, cell culture, artificial skin, QSAR, and omics data-based analysis have been attracting attention as alternative testing methods for animals. In particular, toxicity and efficacy studies based on big data are being conducted in combination with AI. Among them, the zebrafish model is very useful for research on toxicity and aging, and is suitable for in vivo studies as an alternative animal model. Zebrafish is also expected to converge with bioprinting, AI, and big data.
