국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 주된 목적은 무용창작 프로젝트에서 대학생들의 창의적 프로세스 참여가 창의성지지 환경과 예술 기업가 마인드셋과의 관계를 매개하는 효과가 창의적 자기효능감 수준에 의해 조절되는지를 분석하는데 두었다. 방법 연구대상은 무용을 전공하는 436명의 대학생들(남학생 60명, 여학생 376명, 평균 연령=21.29±2.95세)이며, 자료는 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 조절 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 매개된 조절효과는 SPSS용 PROCESS macro(Model 8)를 이용하여 검증되었다. 결과 조절 회귀분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의성지지 환경은 창의적 프로세스 참여와 정적으로, 창의적 프로세스 참여는 예술 기업가 마인드셋과 정적으로 관련이 있지만, 창의성지지 환경은 예술 기업가적 마인드셋과 관련이 없다. 둘째, 창의성지지 환경은 창의적 프로세스를 통해 예술 기업가 마인드셋에 정적으로 간접적인 영향을 미침으로써 창의적 프로세스가 완전 매개의 역할을 한다. 셋째, 창의적 자기효능감은 창의성지지 환경과 예술 기업가 마인드셋 간의 관계에서 창의적 프로세스의 매개효과를 조절하는 역할을 한다. 결론 창작 프로젝트를 통해 무용학과 대학생들의 예술 기업가 마인드셋을 강화시키기 위해서는 창의성을 지지하는 학습 분위기의 조성뿐만 아니라 대학생 스스로 특정 과제를 창의적으로 수행할 수 있는 자신의 능력에 대해 미래 지향적으로 평가하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 무용학과 대학생들은 폭넓은 예술적 경험을 토대로 창의적 프로세스에 대한 새로운 아이디어와 대안을 창출하려는 열정과 동기부여를 통해 예술 기업가 마인드를 함양하는 것이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The main purpose of this study was to analyze whether the mediating effects of university students' engagement in the creative process in a dance creation project on the relationship between creativity supportive environment and arts entrepreneurial mindset are moderated by their level of creative self-efficacy. Methods The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated regression analysis, and the mediated moderating effects were tested using the PROCESS macro for SPSS (Model 8). Mediated moderating effects were tested using the PROCESS macro (Model 8) for SPSS. Results The results of the moderated regression analysis are as follows First, creativity supportive environment is positively related to creative process engagement and creative process engagement is positively related to arts entrepreneurial mindset, but creativity supportive environment is not related to arts entrepreneurial mindset. Second, creativity-supportive environment has a static indirect effect on arts entrepreneurial mindset through creative process, making creative process a fully mediated effect. Third, creative self-efficacy moderates the mediating effect of creative process on the relationship between creativity supportive environment and arts entrepreneurial mindset.
