국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 내현적자기애 성향과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 자기자비와 거부민감성의 이중매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 대학교 재학생 231명을 대상으로 내현적자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 자기자비, 거부민감성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료는 통계 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0.과 PROCESS macro를 사용하여 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 각 변인들의 상관분석 결과, 내현적자기애 성향은 SNS 중독경향성, 자기자비와 거무민감성 모두 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 내현적자기애 성향과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 자기자비와 거부민감성은 단일 매개 변인으로서도 확인되었다. 셋째, 내현적자기애 성향과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 자기자비와 거부민감성은 이중매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이중매개분석에서 자기자비는 부적매개효과로, 거부민감성은 정적매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에의 결과를 통해 내현적자기애성향은 대학생의 SNS중독경향성에 대해 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인임이 드러났으며, 더 나아가 자기자비와 거부민감성의 이중매개 효과를 통해 SNS중독경향성에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 이중매개효과가 검증된 바를 통해 SNS중독경향성이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 한 상담 및 치료 개입에서 매개요인인 자기자비를 향상시키고 거부민감성을 낮춤으로써 SNS중독경향성의 예방과 감소에 의의가 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to confirm the dual mediation effect of rejection sensitivity and self-compassion in the relationship between covert narcissism and SNS addiction. Methods Our study conducted a survey on rejection sensitivity, self-compassion, covert narcissism, and SNS addiction for 231 college students who are attending. The research results were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS process macro 4.0. Results First, as a result of correlation analysis of each variable, it was confirmed that implicit covert narcissism was correlated with both SNS addiction, rejection sensitivity and self-compassion. Second, rejection sensitivity and self-compassion were also identified as a single mediating variable in the relationship between implicit narcissism tendency and SNS addiction. Third, it was found that resistance and self-compassion have a double mediating effect in the relationship between covert narcissism and SNS addiction. In the dual mediation analysis, it was found that rejection sensitivity was a static medium, and self-compassion had a negative mediating effect. Conclusions The results of this study revealed that covert narcissism is a factor that indirectly affects college students' SNS addiction. Furthermore, it was found that the double mediation effect of rejection sensitivity and self-compassion influenced SNS addiction. Through the verification of the double mediating effect in this study, it can be expected that it will be meaningful in preventing and reducing SNS addiction by lowering rejection sensitivity and raising self-compassion, a mediating factor in counseling and treatment intervention for college students with SNS addiction.
