저학년 간호대학생의 소명의식, 직업가치관 및 진로정체감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호학과에 재학 중인 저학년의 소명의식, 직업가치관, 진로정체감, 진로준비행동의 정도와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 방법 C시에 소재한 간호학과 저학년 176명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램의 independent t-test, pearson correlation, coefficient, hierarchical regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 저학년 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공선택동기(ß=-.13, p=.041), 전공만족도(ß=-.15, p=.019), 소명의식(ß=.27, p=.000), 내재적 직업가치관(ß=.17, p=.020)이었고, 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 소명의식이었으며 이들 변수의 총 설명력은 35.9%이었다. 결론 본 연구에서 저학년 간호대학생의 진로준비행동은 소명의식이 높을수록, 내재적 직업가치관이 높을수록 잘 이루어지는 것으로 확인되었다. 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서는 저학년부터 교육과정에서 소명의식과 내재적 직업가치관을 강화시키는 교육이 반복적으로 적용되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the level of sense of calling, occupational values, career identity, and career preparation behavior of junior nursing students, as well as the factors influencing career preparation behavior. Methods Data were collected through a structured questionnaire targeting 176 lower-year nursing students in City C. The collected data were analyzed using the independent t-test, Pearson correlation, coefficient, and hierarchical regression of the SPSS 25.0 program. Results Factors that influence the career preparation behavior of junior nursing students are motivation for choosing a major (ß=-.13, p=.041), satisfaction with the major (ß=-.15, p=.019), and sense of calling (ß=. 27, p=.000), and intrinsic job values ​​(ß=.17, p=.020), and the most influential variable was sense of calling, and the total explanatory power of these variables was 35.9%. Conclusions In this study, it was confirmed that the career preparation behavior of junior nursing students was better when the sense of calling and the intrinsic career values ​​were high. In order to improve the career preparation behavior of nursing students, education that strengthens the sense of calling and the intrinsic career values ​​should be repeatedly applied from the lower grades in the curriculum.
