국문 초록

It is the key to promote the steady development of education in Socialism with Chinese characteristics to implement the goal of cultivating people by virtue. As the main content of education management in colleges and universities, student management and ideological and political education not only have the same educational goal and the same working concept, but also complement each other's educational functions and promote each other's educational effects. Their integration and mutual promotion is of great significance for forming a unified educational action norm and value consensus. Therefore, it is urgent to steadily promote the integration of student management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities from multiple dimensions, such as top-level design, subject empowerment, combination of theory and practice, and platform construction, so as to realize the fundamental task of educating people by virtue of their cooperation.
