국문 초록

数智时代，以大数据、人工智能、区块链、物联网等为代表的新一代数字技术在多个领域得到广泛应用，并已成为影响党的制度建设的重要因素。数智技术的应用是对传统党的制度建设、治理流程、治理能力的有益补充、改进和提升，有效提升党的制度治理过程的透明化。在充分发挥数智技术优势的基础上，立足时代潮涌创新党的制度建设，强化党的制度纪律约束，加强党内法规建设，实现高标准制度执行，进而不断拓宽党的制度建设的发展路向。

영문 초록

At present, the rapidly developing digital technologies in the era of digital intelligence have been widely applied and practiced in multiple fields and industries in China, and have become an important factor influencing the institutional construction of the Party. The application of digital intelligence technologies is a beneficial supplement, improvement and enhancement to the traditional institutional construction, governance processes and governance capabilities of the Party, effectively enhancing the transparency of the Party’s institutional governance process. To leverage the advantages of digital intelligence technologies, we should innovate the Party’s institutional construction based on the surging trends of the times, strengthen the Party’s institutional and disciplinary constraints, enhance the construction of intra-Party regulations, achieve high-standard implementation of institutions, and continuously broaden the development direction of the Party’s institutional construction.
