국문 초록

본 연구는 청년의 역할과 관점의 변화 및 미래 사회의 패러다임에 대한 고찰을 통해 시대적 과제 해결을 위한 청년의 세대 역할을 지원하기 위한 정책 방향성을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 먼저 우리나라 청년세대의 역사적 역할 변화와 청년에 대한 사회적 인식 및 정책을 검토함으로써 청년은 기존의 지원 대상에 머무는 존재가 아니라 사회문제 해결을 선도하며 창의적 가치를 창출할 주체로 재정립될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 다음으로 Industry 5.0과 Society 5.0이 제시하는 인간 중심의 기술혁신과 지속가능성 패러다임을 살펴봄으로써, 청년의 역동적 잠재력이 디지털 환경에서 어떻게 확장될 수 있는지 청년의 잠재적 역할을 제시하며 논의하였다. 마지막으로 개인적 성장을 넘어 우리 사회 전체의 지속가능한 발전을 견인하도록 청년을 지원하기 위해 필요한 정책적 전환의 방향을 결론을 통해 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to derive policy directions to support the generational role of youth in addressing contemporary challenges by examining changes in the roles and perspectives of youth and the paradigms of future society. To this end, the study first reviewed the historical role changes of the youth generation in South Korea, as well as social perceptions and policies concerning youth. It proposes that youth should be redefined as active agents who lead social problem-solving and create creative value, rather than merely remaining as targets of support. Subsequently, it analyzed the human-centered technological innovation and sustainability paradigms presented by Industry 5.0 and Society 5.0, discussing how the dynamic potential of youth can be expanded in the digital environment. Finally, the study presented policy directions necessary to support youth in driving not only their personal growth but also the sustainable development of society as a whole.
