간호사의 적응유연성이 간호관리역량에 미치는 영향: 근거기반실무 역량의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 간호관리역량을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 간호사의 적응유연성이 간호관리역량에 미치는 영향에서 근거기반실무 역량의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 시행되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2024년 11월 4일부터 2024년 12월 6일까지였다. 자료수집 방법은 G광역시 소재 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사의 동의하에 설문조사로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 총 177부이며, 인과관계분석의 기법인 다중회귀분석과 매개효과 분석을 적용하여 실증 분석하였다. 가설 검증결과, 간호사의 적응유연성은 실무역량보다는 행정역량에 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으나 근거기반실무 역량이 매개변수로 작용할 때, 대처적응유연성은 행정역량과 실무역량 모두에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 간호사의 간호관리역량을 강화시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발할 때는 적응유연성과 근거기반실무 역량을 함께 상승시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠를 제공할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to enhance nurses' nursing management capabilities by identifying the mediating effect of evidence-based practice competence on the impact of nurses' adaptive flexibility on nursing management capabilities. The data collection period was from 4th November 2024 to 6th December 2024. The data collection method involved a survey conducted with the consent of nurses working at a general hospital in G metropolitan city. A total of 177 responses were collected, and empirical analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis and mediation effect analysis, which are techniques for causal relationship analysis. The hypothesis verification results indicated that nurses' adaptive flexibility had a greater impact on administrative competence than on practical competence; however, when evidence-based practice competence acted as a mediating variable, it was found that coping adaptive flexibility positively influenced both administrative and practical competence. Therefore, it is suggested that when developing programs to strengthen nurses' nursing management capabilities, content that can simultaneously enhance adaptive flexibility and evidence-based practice competence should be provided.
