국문 초록

The origin of Yuwen-Xianbei is a difficult problem in the study of national history. This paper reviews the main views on the origin of Yuwen-Xianbei. Scholars at home and abroad have always had a variety of different views, and there is no conclusion. On the basis of previous studies, this paper demonstrates that the origin of Yuwen-Xianbei is mainly divided into two parts from the aspects of the origin of Yuwen-Xianbei recorded in the literature, the historical inheritance relationship in the region, the customs and habits, and the language. That is, the upper ruling class is derived from the descendants of the southern Xiongnu, and the main tribe is the descendants of the Donghu-Xianbei system.
