목적: 망막정맥폐쇄에 동반된 황반부종에서 라니비주맙 바이오시밀러 CKD-701 안구내 주사치료의 단기 결과를 알아보고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 망막정맥폐쇄에 동반된 황반부종으로 진단된 후 CKD-701 안구내 주사를 시행 받은 환자를 대상으로 후향적 의무기록 분석을 시행하였다. 1회 주사 전 및 주사 후의 최대교정시력과 중심망막두께를 서로 비교하였으며, 두 지표의 변화량을 중심/분지망막정맥폐쇄 사이에 서로 비교하였다. 결과: 전체 22명을 대상으로 연구를 시행하였으며, 분지망막정맥폐쇄 17안, 중심망막정맥폐쇄 5안이었다. 효과 평가는 주사 후 6.0 ± 2.2주에 진행하였다. 주사 전 중심망막두께는 534.8 ± 224.9 μm였으며, 주사 후 367.8 ± 162.7 μm로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.001). Logarithm of minimum angle of resolution 최대교정시력은 주사 전 0.58 ± 0.41에서 주사 후 0.48 ± 0.37로 유의하게 호전되었다(p=0.002). 중심망막정맥폐쇄의 경우 분지망막정맥폐쇄에 비해 더 큰 폭의 중심망막두께 감소가 나타났다(p=0.006). 결론: 망막정맥폐쇄에 동반된 황반부종에서 CKD-701 1회 주사를 통해 뚜렷한 기능적, 해부학적 호전을 얻을 수 있었다. 향후 장기 결과에 대한 추가 연구가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: To evaluate the short-term outcomes of intravitreal injection therapy using the ranibizumab biosimilar CKD-701 in macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of medical records from patients diagnosed with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion who received intravitreal injections of CKD-701. The best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and central retinal thickness (CRT) before and after a single injection were compared. Additionally, differences in these indicators were assessed between central and branch retinal vein occlusion (CRVO/BRVO). Results: The study included 22 subjects, with 17 cases of BRVO and 5 cases of CRVO. The efficacy was evaluated at 6.0 ± 2.2 weeks after injection. CRT decreased significantly from 534.8 ± 224.9 μm before injection to 367.8 ± 162.7 μm after injection (p < 0.001). The logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution BCVA improved significantly from 0.58 ± 0.41 to 0.48 ± 0.37 after injection (p = 0.002). The CRVO group showed a greater reduction in CRT compared to the BRVO group (p = 0.006). Conclusions: A single injection of CKD-701 significantly improved both functional and anatomical outcomes in patients with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion. Additional long-term studies are needed.
