스트레스 연구동향 논문에 관한 체계적 분석: 2000-2023년 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 스트레스 연구동향 관련 국내 학술논문의 동향을 종합적이고 거시적 관점에서 체계적으로 분석하여 스트레스 연구의 방향과 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 논문 자료수집 주요정보원의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 2000년부터 2023년까지 24년간 학술지에 게재된 논문 총 42편을 선정하였으며, 연구시기, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구결과를 분석기준으로 하여 SPSS를 활용한 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 통해 동향 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 2007년 양육스트레스 연구동향 논문을 시작으로 2010년대 점차 증가추세를 보이며, 2020년대 이후 최근 4년간 23편의 동향 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 직무스트레스 연구동향이 가장 많았고, 일반적인 직무에서 시간이 지남에 따라 교사의 직무스트레스, 이후 보육교사, 유치원교사 등 직종별, 대상별로 세분화되었으며, 이는 양육스트레스 및 프로그램 연구동향에서도 마찬가지 추세를 보여주었다. 셋째, 연구동향 분석자료는 10-20년 미만동안 발표된, 50-100편 미만의 논문을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 자료검색은 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)을 가장 많이 활용하였고, 분류기준은 연구목적과 연구문제에 따라 다양하게 설정되고 있었다. 넷째, 스트레스 연구동향 분석을 통해서 주제·대상의 다양화 필요, 양적연구의 편중, 프로그램개발 활성화, 이론연구의 부재 등이 지적되었다. 결론 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 스트레스 연구에서 다학제간 연구가 요구되며, 스트레스의 기능적 측면에 주목하는 다양한 연구가 필요함을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to present the direction and implications of stress research by systematically analyzing the trends of domestic academic papers related to stress research trends from a comprehensive and macroscopic perspective. Methods For this purpose, a total of 42 papers published in academic journals for 24 years from 2000 to 2023 were selected using the database of major information sources for collecting thesis data, and the analysis of research trends was conducted through frequency analysis and cross-analysis using SPSS based on the research period, research topic, research method, and research result. Results First, the results showed a gradual increase in the 2010s, starting with the parenting stress research trend paper in 2007, and 23 trend studies have been conducted over the past four years since the 2020s. Second, job stress research trend was the most common, and over time in general job, it was subdivided into teacher's job stress by job type and target, such as childcare teacher and kindergarten teacher, which showed the same trend in parenting stress and program research trend. Third, research trend analysis data was most frequently conducted on 50-100 papers published for 10-20 years, and the Korea Educational and Research Information Service(RISS) was the most used for data search, and classification criteria are set in various ways according to research purpose and research problem. Fourth, through the analysis of stress research trends, the need to diversify topics and objects, the bias of quantitative research, the activation of program development, and the absence of theoretical research were pointed out. Conclusions Based on these analysis results, it was discussed that interdisciplinary studies are required in stress research and that various studies focusing on the functional aspects of stress are needed.
