암 요양병원 통합의료를 통한 여성 암환자의 치유경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 암 요양병원 통합의료를 통한 여성 암 환자의 치유 경험과 그 의미 구조를 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구 질문은 “암 간호 병원에서 통합의학을 사용하는 여성 암 환자의 치유 경험은 어떠한가?”이다. 방법 본 연구는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용한 질적 연구이다. 연구 참여자로는 현재 암 요양병원에서 통합의료를 이용한 경험이 있는 환자 중 연구 목적을 이해하고 연구에 자발적으로 동의하며 자신의 치유 경험을 공유할 수 있는 대상자를 선정하였다. 연구자는 서면 동의서를 받은 후 연구에 자발적으로 참여하기를 희망한 참여자들과 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 결과 분석 결과, 총 25개의 주제, 9개의 주제군과 4개의 범주로 나타났다. 4개의 범주는 ‘치유에만 집중할 수 있는 환경’, ‘통합의료의 심신치유 경험’, ‘투병생활에서 조력자를 만남’, ‘치유의 길위에 변화된 나’로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구는 암 요양병원 통합의료를 통한 여성 암 환자들의 치유경험의 본질을 신체적, 정신적, 심리적, 사회적, 영적 측면에서 ‘전인적인 건강 회복, 암과 함께 살아가기’로 규명하였다. 전인적인 치유는 개인의 질병, 즉 마음과 몸의 질병뿐만 아니라 사회와 환경의 질병으로부터 건강을 회복하는 것을 의미한다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호 교육 현장에서 환자 중심의 돌봄을 강조하는 전인 간호 교육 강화와 암 환자 대상의 자기 관리 및 심리적 지지 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to identify healing experiences of female cancer patients using integrative medicine at cancer nursing hospital and the meaning structure of their healing experiences. Methods This was a qualitative study for which Colaizzi’s phenomenological study was applied. In this study, the following were selected as research participants: those who are currently using integrative medicine at cancer nursing hospital, those who are understand the purpose of the research, voluntarily agree to the research and can share their healing experiences. The researcher interviewed the participants who were wiling to participate in the study voluntarily after receiving the written consent for the study. Results As a result, it was discovered that there were 25 themes significant to the subjects, 9 theme groups and 4 categories through Colaizzi's phenomenological study. The four categories were: ‘Environment where you can focus only on healing’, ‘The mental and physical healing experience of integrative medicine’, ‘Meeting helpers of disease in nursing life’, ‘I who changed on the path of healing’. Conclusions Based on the above results, it is expected that it will draw a more in-depth understanding of the healing experiences of female cancer patients using integrative medicine at cancer nursing hospital and develop a holistic nursing intervention program for female cancer patients who have limitations in existing medical system.
