국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 초기성인기 미혼 남녀의 자기불일치와 이성관계만족의 구조적 관계를 파악하고, 자기자비와 자기침묵의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연애경험이 있는 20~30대 미혼 남녀 347명을 대상으로 대면 및 온라인 설문조사 방식으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 변인 간 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형의 적합도를 확인했으며, 팬텀 변인(Phantom Variable)을 통해 이중매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 모든 변인은 유의한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자기불일치가 이성관계만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 매개효과는 유의했다. 셋째, 자기불일치가 이성관계만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기침묵의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 넷째, 자기불일치가 이성관계만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비와 자기침묵은 유의한 이중매개효과를 가졌다. 결론 본 연구는 자기불일치를 경험하는 초기성인기 미혼 남녀가 자기자비의 수준을 증진시키고, 연인에게 자기침묵 대신 자신의 의사를 적절히 표현할 수 있다면 이성관계만족이 높아진다는 것을 증명하였다. 연구의 제언으로는 자기불일치와 이성관계만족의 관계 안에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 변인을 종합적인 각도로 살펴본다면 초기성인기 미혼 남녀의 이성관계만족을 더 심도있게 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the structural relationship between Self-Disconsistency and Romantic Relationship Satisfaction of early adulthood unmarried person and to prove the mediating effect of Self-Compassion and Self-Silencing. Methods Data were collected in a face-to-face and online survey of 347 unmarried men and women in 20~30s with dating experience. For the collected data, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to confirm the correlation between variables and the fit of the structural equation model, and the verified of the double mediating effect through the phantom variable. Results First, all variables showed significant correlation. Second, the mediating effect of Self-Compassion was significant in the effect of Self-Disconsistency on Romantic Relationship Satisfaction. Third, the mediating effect of Self-Silencing was not significant in the effect of Self-Disconsistency on Romantic Relationship Satisfaction. Fourth, Self-Compassion and Self-Silencing had a significant double mediating effect in the effect of Self-Disconsistency on Romantic Relationship Satisfaction. Conclusions This study proved that early adulthood unmarried person experiencing Self-Disconsistency increase Romantic Relationship Satisfaction if they improve the level of Self-Compassion and express their thoughts and feelings properly to dating partner instead of Self-Silencing. As a research suggestion, if you look at the various variables that can appear in the relationship between Self-Disconsistency and Romantic Relationship Satisfaction from a comprehensive perspective, you will be able to understand the Romantic Relationship Satisfaction of early adulthood unmarried person in more depth.
