국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아의 성별에 따라 놀이성을 군집화하고, 놀이성 군집별 자아탄력성에 차이가 있는지 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 전국 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 881명을 연구대상으로 임의표집한 뒤 spss25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, K-평균 군집분석, 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과, 첫째, 유아의 놀이성 군집은 3가지로 유형화 되었고, 놀이성이 높은 적극적 활발 군(群), 보통정도의 진지한 참여 군(群), 전반적으로 놀이성이 낮은 소극적 관망 군(群)으로 분류되었다. 그리고 놀이성 3군집의 성별 분포와 놀이성 모든 하위변인과 전체에서 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 놀이성의 3가지 군집은 또래관계와 자신감, 가족관계, 충동조절, 낙천성의 자아탄력성에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 유아 성별에 따른 놀이성 집단별 특성을 바탕으로 교육현장에서 유아의 자아탄력성 발달을 이해하고 지도하는 데 시사점을 제공해 준다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to cluster playfulness in preschool children based on their gender and investigate whether there are differences in self-resilience among these playfulness clusters. Methods To achieve this, a random sample of 881 five-year-old children enrolled in early childhood education institutions nationwide was selected as the research subjects. SPSS 25.0 software was employed for reliability analysis, K-means cluster analysis, and one-way analysis of variance. Results The results revealed three distinct clusters of playfulness in preschool children: an actively lively group with high playfulness, a moderately serious participation group, and a passive observant group with overall low playfulness. Significant gender distribution differences and significant differences in all sub-variables of playfulness were observed among the three playfulness clusters. Furthermore, the three playfulness clusters showed meaningful differences in peer relationships, confidence, family relationships, impulse control, and optimism concerning self-resilience. Conclusions Understanding the characteristics of playfulness groups based on preschool children's gender provides insights for educators to comprehend and guide the development of self-resilience in early childhood education settings.
