결혼이주여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도개발과 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도 개발 및 타당도를 검증하기 위함이다. 연구자는 20개의 하위 구성요소 7개의 범주를 제시하였다. 포커스 그룹인터뷰는 제주도를 제외한 5곳의 지역을 중심으로 진행하여 타당도를 검증하였다. 다음은 전문가 5인의 예비문항 내용타당도 검증을 한 후, 결혼이주여성 노인 192명을 대상으로 1차 탐색적 요인분석 결과를 바탕으로 6개의 성공적 노화 요인과 35개의 문항을 선별하였다. 2차 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)는 결혼이주여성 노인 382명을 대상으로 실시한 결과 5요인, 23문항을 최종 확정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도 문항 검증 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 요인 간 상관이 확인되었고 요인별 최종 내적합치도는 .832~.905이었다. 확인적 요인분석(CFA)를 실시한 결과 비교적 양호한 CFI, SRMR, RMSEA, TLI 수치를 나타냄을 확인하였다. 연구결과 결혼이주여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도는 신뢰도와 타당도가 양호한 도구임이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the validity of a successful aging scale for married immigrant female seniors. The researcher proposed 7 categories of 20 subcomponents. Focus group interviews were conducted focusing on five regions excluding Jeju Island to verify validity. Next, after verifying the content validity of the preliminary questions by five experts, six successful aging factors and 35 questions were selected based on the results of the first exploratory factor analysis targeting 192 elderly married immigrant women. The second exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted on 382 elderly married immigrant women, and 5 factors and 23 questions were finalized. As a result of testing the successful aging scale items for married immigrant women, a statistically significant correlation between factors was confirmed, and the final internal consistency for each factor was .832~.905. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), it was confirmed that the results showed relatively good CFI, SRMR, RMSEA, and TLI values. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the successful aging scale for married immigrant female seniors is a tool with good reliability and validity.
