한국 정신분석의 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 ‘정신분석’을 주제로 한 연구를 살펴보고 이를 통해 지금의 정신분석이 나아갈 방향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구 결과 첫째, 한국 정신분석의 연도별 연구에서는 1990년대에 프로이트와 라캉의 이론이 대중화되면서 논문 발간이 증가하였고, 2010년 이후에는 박사학위 논문이 발표되면서 앞으로 전문적인 정신분석 연구가 더욱 활기를 띨 것으로 예상한다. 둘째, 한국 정신분석의 학문 분야별 연구에서는 인문학 분야가 전체의 57%였고, 임상 연구가 20%, 사례연구는 3%로 나타나 정신분석이 인간의 심층 심리를 이해하고 임상에 적용하기 위한 실용적 학문인 만큼 앞으로 정신분석은 정신병리와 사례연구 중심의 학문으로 연구해야 한다. 셋째, 한국 정신분석의 치료 분야별 연구에서 2000년대 이후 급격히 늘어난 것으로 나타나는 불안, 성 문제, 우울이 사회 문화적 현상과 인간의 심층 심리를 이해하고자 하는 현대인들의 욕구에 따른 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로 한국 정신분석 연구는 사회 문화적 요인으로 인해 현실에 어려움을 겪고 있는 현대인들이 적응적으로 살아가도록 돕는 전문적이고 실용적인 학문으로써의 연구가 활발히 이루어지길 바란다.

영문 초록

In this study, we will examine research on the topic of ‘psychoanalysis’ and, through this, determine the direction in which psychoanalysis is currently headed.Research results First, in the annual study of Korean psychoanalysis, the number of papers published increased in the 1990s as Freud and Lacan's theories became popular, and after 2010, with the publication of doctoral dissertations, it is expected that professional psychoanalysis research will become more active in the future. Second, in the study of Korean psychoanalysis by academic field, humanities accounted for 57% of the total, clinical research accounted for 20%, and case studies accounted for 3%. As psychoanalysis is a practical discipline for understanding the depth of human psychology and applying it to clinical practice, it is necessary to study psychoanalysis as an academic discipline centered on psychopathology and case studies in the future. Thirdly, in Korean psychoanalytic research into specific therapeutic areas, the rapid increase in research into anxiety, sexual issues, and depression since the 2000s is seen as a result of modern people’s desire to understand human psychology. Therefore, future Korean psychoanalysis must be studied as a specialized and practical discipline that helps modern people adapt to reality.
