국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 남성 직장인의 과도한 남성성과 우울과의 관계에서 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 연구 대상자는 30-50대 사이의 남성 사무직 직장인 이었다. 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 총 200명의 유효 응답 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 27.0, Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 구체적으로 기술통계, 피어슨 상관 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 수행하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑 기법을 적용하였다. 결과 첫째, 과도한 남성성과 우울 간에는 유의미한 정적 관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험이 과도한 남성성과 우울 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이는 직장인 남성의 과도한 남성성이 우울에 미치는 직접 효과도 유의미하지만, 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험을 통해 우울에 미치는 간접 영향도 유의미함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to investigate the relationship between Unmitigated agency and depression among male employees, and the mediating effect of experiences of workplace bullying. Methods The study targeted male employees aged between 30 and 50. A total of 200 valid responses collected through an online survey were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and Amos 23.0. Specifically, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted. Additionally, the bootstrapping method was applied to verify the mediating effects. Results First, a significant positive relationship was identified between Unmitigated agency and depression. Second, workplace bullying experiences were found to partially mediate the relationship between Unmitigated agency and depression. Conclusions The findings suggest that while Unmitigated agency in male employees has a direct effect on de pression, it also indirectly influences depression through experiences of workplace bullying.
