보육교사의 플로리시와 창의적 교수 효능감이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 플로리시와 창의적 교수 효능감이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 교사-유아 상호작용의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구를 위해 보육교사 233명을 대상으로 플로리시 척도( PERMA-Profiler), 창의적 교수 효능감 척도, 교사-유아 상호작용 척도을 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 Pearson의 적률 상관계수 산출 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 플로리시와 창의적 교수 효능감 모두 교사-유아 상호작용과 높은 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 창의적 교수 효능감은 교사-유아 상호작용 전체에 모두 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤으며, 플로리시 하위요인 중 관계, 몰입, 성취 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이상의 결과는 교사-유아 상호작용을 증진 시키는 방안으로 유아에게 미치는 긍정적인 영향에 대한 신념을 갖고 보육에 대한 높은 행복과 만족을 경험하며, 창의적 교수 효능감을 향상하기 위하여 새로운 아이디어 공유와 효과적인 놀이 교수 방법, 전문 기관의 지원이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore ways to Improve the quality of teacher-child interaction by ex amining the relative influence of childcare teacher’s flourish and creative teaching efficacy on teacher-child interaction. Methods For The study, data werecollecteed from 233 childcare teachers using the PERMA-Profler, creative teaching efficacy scale, Lee Myun-sook Choi Byung-yeon (2016) collected data using teacher-infant interaction scale Lee Jung-sook(2003) and IBM SPSS 21.0 program Pearson’s moment correlation coefficient calculation and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. Results First, both the florish and creative teaching efficacy of childcare teachers showed a high correlation with teacher infant interaction. Second, Creative teaching efficacy had a significant impact on both teacher-infant in teractions, and relationships among florish sub-factors, It was found to have a significant effect in the order of im mersion and achievement. Conclusions The above results are a way to improve teacher infant interaction, experience high happiness and satisfaction in childcare, and need new ideas, effective play teaching methods, and support from specialized in stitutions to improve creative teaching efficacy.
