화상 집단상담에서 상담자의 상담관계 어려움과 대처경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 화상 집단상담에서 상담자가 상담관계와 관련하여 경험하는 어려움과 그에 대한 대처 경험을 현상학적 연구 방법을 통해 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 방법 대면 집단상담과 화상 집단상담을 모두 운영해 본 경험이 있는 상담자 8명을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. Giorgi의 현상학적 방법에 따라 수집된 자료에서 참여자의 경험을 반영하는 의미단위를 추출하고, 이를 토대로 하위주제와 상위주제를 도출하였다. 도출된 주제를 바탕으로 연구 현상에 대한 일반적 구조를 기술하였다. 결과 화상 집단상담을 운영한 상담자가 상담관계에 있어 경험한 어려움과 대처는 총 6개의 상위주제(열 개의 창문으로만 소통하는 느낌, ‘화상’환경이 가져오는 방해물, 지금 여기, 우리로 붙잡아두려 애를 써야 함, 화상의 제약을 화상으로 극복함, 화상 집단에 맞는 방식들을 찾아감, 대비할 건 대비하고 받아들일 건 받아들임), 18개의 하위주제, 51개의 의미단위로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과를 바탕으로 화상 집단상담자가 상담관계에서 경험하는 어려움에 대처하는 데 있어 고려할 수 있는 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the difficulties and coping experiences that counselors ex perience in relation to counseling relationships in group counselling using videoconferencing through phenom enological research methods in depth. Methods Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 8 counselors who had operated both face-to-face and using videoconferencing group counseling. Meaning units reflecting the participant's expe rience were extracted from the data, based on Giorgi's phenomenological method, and sub-topics and super-top ics were derived based on these. The general structure of the research phenomenon was described based on the derived topics. Results As a result of the analysis, 6 super-topics(The feeling of communicating only through ten windows, The obstacle caused by the ‘videoconferencing’ environment, Here and now, trying hard to keep people in us, Overcoming the constraints of the videoconferencing environment with the videoconferencing environment, Finding the ways to fit the group counseling using videoconferencing, Being Prepared for what needs to be pre pared, accepting what needs to be accepted), 18 sub-topics, 51 meaning units were derived. Conclusions Based on the research results, implications were suggested that can be considered in coping with the difficulties experienced by counselors who operated group counseling using videoconferencing in counseling relationships.
