국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 공연예술 전공 대학생의 전환적 경험과 학업지속성의 관계에 있어 자아탄력성과 진로장벽의 직렬다중매개효과를 검정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위해 서울시 소재 대학에서 공연예술을 전공하는 대학생 125명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였으며, 전환적 경험을 독립변수로, 학업지속성을 종속변수로, 자아탄력성과 진로장벽을 매개변수로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 결과 분석 결과, 전환적 경험은 학업지속성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 이때 자아탄력성과 진로장벽은 전환적 경험과 학업지속성의 관계를 각각 매개하였다. 더불어 자아탄력성과 진로장벽이 전환적 경험과 학업지속성의 관계에서 순차적인 매개효과를 일으키는 것으로 나타나 직렬다중매개효과는 유의하였다. 결론 전공과 관련된 전환적 경험은 학습자의 자아탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 자아탄력성은 학습자의 진로장벽에 부적 영향을 미쳐 진로장벽 수준을 감소시킴으로써 궁극적으로 학업지속성을 증진시키는 것을 확인하였다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 공연예술 전공 대학생의 교육활동에서 학습자 중심의 전환적 경험을 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 방안과 더불어 진로장벽을 낮추기 위한 교육과 문화예술 분야 전반에서 노력해야 할 사항을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the serial multiple mediation effect of ego-resilience and ca reer barriers on the relationship between transformative experiences and academic persistence among perform ing arts university students. Methods For this study, data from 125 university students majoring in performing arts at a university in Seoul were used for analysis. The research model was constructed with transformative experiences as the independent varia ble, academic persistence as the dependent variable, and ego-resilience and career barriers as mediating variables. Results The results of the analysis showed that transformative experiences had a positive effect on academic persistence. Additionally, ego-resilience and career barriers each mediated the relationship between transformative experiences and academic persistence. Moreover, ego-resilience and career barriers sequentially mediated the relationship between transformative experiences and academic persistence, indicating that the serial multiple mediation effect was significant. Conclusions It was confirmed that transformative experiences related to the major had a positive effect on lear ners' ego-resilience, and ego-resilience negatively impacted career barriers, reducing the level of career barriers, ultimately enhancing academic persistence. Based on the results of the study, specific strategies were proposed for utilizing learner-centered transformative experiences in the educational activities of performing arts students, along with suggestions for efforts that should be made in education and the broader culture and arts sectors to reduce career barriers.
