직업체험 프로그램이 일 여자고등학생의 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감 향상을 위한 직업체험 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 고등학생 31명으로 직업체험 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 26.0 프로그램으로 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, paired t-test를 적용하여 분석하였다. 직업체험 프로그램 실시 후 대상자들의 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서, 진로에 대한 고민과 선택의 어려움을 겪고 있는 학생에게 다양한 진로분야에 대한 안내와 더불어 자신의 관심 진로분야를 직접 경험할 수 있는 다양한 직업체험 프로그램을 개발하고 지속적인 프로그램 제공이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop and verify the effectiveness of a job experience program to improve high school students career identity and career decision self-efficacy. The subjects of the study were 31 high school students, and data were collected using structured questionnaires before and after. Data analysis was performed using frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, and paired t-test using SPSS WIN 26.0 program. After implementing the job experience program, the subjects' career identity and career decision self-efficacy increased statistically significantly. Therefore, There is a need to develop continuous and diverse career experience programs that allow high school students to directly experience career fields of interest.
