시뮬레이션실습교육이 간호대학생의 메타인지, 그릿, 환자안전 지식 및 태도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 핵심역량인 안전에 대한 시뮬레이션실습교육에 메타인지, 그릿. 환자안전지식 및 태도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 단일군 전후설계의 유사실험 연구이다. 자료수집은 G광역시 일개의 대학의 간호대학생 4학년을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2023년 10월부터 11월까지 8주간 운영된 시뮬레이션실습 교과목에 참여한 50명이었다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 26.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 대응표본 t-검정, Pearson 상관관계 분석을 하였다. 간호대학생들은 시뮬레이션 실습교육을 적용 받은 후 메타인지(t=2.75, p=.005), 그릿(t=-3.15, p=.003)와 환자안전 태도(t=2.56, p<.001)가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 시뮬레이션실습교육은 간호대학생의 메타인지와 그릿에 대한 효과적인 교육방법이며, 이를 위해 다양한 사례의 시나리오 개발과 함께 간호교육과정에서 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 적극적인 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the core competencies of nursing students, such as simulation practice education, metacognition, and grit. This is a similar experimental study of a single-group pre- and post-war design to determine the effect on patient safety knowledge and attitudes. The data collection was 50 peoples who participated in a simulation course that ran for eight weeks from October to November 2023 using a structured questionnaire for fourth-year nursing students at a university in Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program for descriptive statistics, t-test of the corresponding sample, and Pearson correlation analysis. Nursing students showed statistically significant improvements in meta-cognition(t=2.75, p=.005), grit(t=-3.15, p=.003), and patient safety attitudes (t=2.56, p<.001) after receiving simulation practical training. In view of these results, simulation practical education is an effective teaching method for meta-cognition and grit of nursing students, and for this, it is necessary to actively apply simulation practical education in the nursing curriculum along with the development of scenarios of various cases.
