국문 초록
본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습전환충격이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집 및 대상은 임상실습을 경험한 3, 4학년을 대상으로 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 223명을 편의표집 하였다. SPSS PROCESS Macro model 4를 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 신뢰구간 95% 적용하여 Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 연구결과 회복탄력성은 임상실습전환충격과 임상실습스트레스 관계에서 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다(B=.655, p<.001 95% LLCI=.026, ULCL=.092). 임상실습교육은 간호학과의 목표를 달성하기 위해 매우 중요하며, 필수로 이수해야 교육과정이다. 그러므로 임상실습전환충격을 감소시켜 임상실습스트레스를 줄이기 위해, 실용적인 회복탄력성 강화프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하기 위한 반복연구를 제언한다.
영문 초록
This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between clinical practice transition shock and clinical practice stress among nursing students. Data were collected via convenience sampling of 223 third- and fourth-year nursing students with prior clinical practice experience, recruited through an online community. The mediating effect was assessed using SPSS PROCESS Macro Model 4, with statistical significance verified via bootstrapping at a 95% confidence interval. The findings indicate that resilience significantly mediates the relationship between clinical transition shock and clinical practice stress (B = .655, p < .001, 95% LLCI = .026, ULCI = .092). Clinical practice education is critical for meeting the core competencies outlined in nursing curricula and is a compulsory component of training. To alleviate clinical practice stress by addressing transition shock, this study recommends the development of targeted resilience enhancement programs and calls for further studies to validate their effectiveness.
