메타인지와 인지적 유연성이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 메타인지, 인지적 유연성 및 임상수행능력을 확인하고, 이들의 상관관계 및 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G시와 M시에 위치한 간호대학생 177명으로 2024년 4월 22일부터 5월 26일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 간호대학생의 임상수행능력은 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 임상수행능력은 전공 만족도(r=.34, p<.001), 임상실습 만족도(r=.31, p<.001), 메타인지(r=.60, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구에서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력의 영향요인은 메타인지(β=.527, p<.001)로 확인되었으며, 모형의 설명력은 35.4%로 나타났다(F=25.196, p<.001). 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of metacognition, cognitive flexibility, and clinical performance in nursing students. The study involved 177 nursing students from universities in G and M cities, with data collected between April 22 and May 26, 2024. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, applying descriptive statistics, t-tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Significant differences in clinical performance were found based on major satisfaction and clinical practice satisfaction. Clinical performance was significantly correlated with Major Satisfaction(r=.34, p<.001), Clinical practice satisfaction(r=.31, p<.001) and metacognition (r = .60, p < .001). Metacognition (β = .527, p < .001) was identified as the main predictor of clinical performance, explaining 35.4% of the variance (F = 25.196, p < .001). Based on the findings of this study, there is a need for the development and implementation of programs aimed at enhancing nursing students' clinical performance.
