국문 초록

본 연구는 여성의 기능적, 언어적 헬스리터러시 수준을 측정하고, 헬스리터러시와 건강증진 행위 간의 관련성을 분석하여 여성 건강증진 및 헬스리터러시 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 여성의 기능적 헬스리터러시와 언어적 헬스리터러시가 건강증진 행위와 밀접한 관련이 있고, 연령과 결혼상태, 교육수준에 따른 건강증진 행위 차이가 있었다. 향후 대상자의 연령, 결혼상태, 교육수준 등을 고려하여 건강정보에 대한 접근성을 높이고, 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 제공하여 건강증진 행위의 실천을 촉진하고 건강불평등을 해소해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to measure women's functional and linguistic health literacy levels, analyze the relationship between health literacy and health promotion behaviors, and provide basic data for women's health promotion and health literacy improvement. The results showed that functional health literacy and linguistic health literacy were closely related to health promotion behaviors, and there were differences in health promotion behaviors by age, marital status, and education level. In the future, it is necessary to increase access to health information and provide customized educational programs to promote the practice of health promotion behaviors and resolve health inequalities by considering the age, marital status, and educational level of the subjects.
