국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전역량, 안전동기가 및 환자안전태도가 환자안전 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 G광역시 소재 3개 대학교 간호대학생 130명을 대상으로 수집되었으며, 자료수집 기간은 2022년 3월 20일부터 2022년 5월 30일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 독립표본 T검정, 일원배치 분산분석, Scheffé 사후검증 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 대상자의 환자안전 수행자신감은 환자안전역량, 안전동기, 환자안전태도와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 환자안전 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 안전동기, 환자안전역량, 환자안전태도로 나타났으며, 측정변수들이 환자안전 수행자신감에 대한 조정된 설명력은 26.0%였다. 이상의 연구결과는 간호대학생의 환자안전 수행자신감 향상을 위한 환자안전교육 중재 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a descriptive survey to identify the effects of nursing students' patient safety competence, safety motivation, and patient safety attitude on Patient Safety Attitudes on Confidence in Patient Safety Performance. Data were collected from 130 nursing students at three universities in G Metropolitan City between March 20 and May 30, 2022. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0, employing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post-hoc test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that nursing students' patient safety performance confidence was positively correlated with patient safety competency, safety motivation, and patient safety attitude. Furthermore, the primary factors influencing patient safety performance confidence were safety motivation, patient safety competence, and patient safety attitude. These variables explained 26.0% of the adjusted variance in patient safety performance confidence. The research findings can be used as foundational data for developing an educational intervention program aimed at improving patient safety performance confidence.
