국문 초록
본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상 추론 역량, 비판적 사고 성향, 근거기반 실무 역량을 파악하고, 이들 사이의 관계와 근거기반 실무 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검토하고자 수행하였다. 연구대상은 광주광역시에 위치한 대학의 간호학과에 재학중인 간호학과 3, 4학년 학생을 대상으로 156명을 편의표집하였으며, 자료 수집은 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 27.0을 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상 추론 역량(B=0.442, p=<.001)과 비판적 사고 성향(B=0.566, p=<.001)은 근거기반 실무 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었고, 두 변수에 의한 설명력은 43.6%로 나타났으며 모형의 적합성도 통계적으로 유의하였다(F=39.461, p=<.001). 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 근거기반 실무 역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 간호대학생의 임상 추론 역량과 비판적 사고 성향 증진을 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
영문 초록
This study was performed to identify clinical reaconing competency, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice competency on nursing students, and to confirm factors affecting evidence-based practice competency. A convenience sample of 156 nursing students were recruited. As a result of the study, nursing students' clinical reasoning competency (B=0.442, p=<.001) and critical thinking (B=0.566, p=<.001) were confirmed as factors affecting evidence-based practice competency. The explanatory power of the two variables was found to be 43.6%, and the suitability of the model was also statistically significant (F=39.461, p=<.001). Based on the results of this study, it is believed that in order to improve nursing students' evidence-based practice competency, it is necessary to develop education and programs to improve nursing students' clinical reasoning competency and critical thinking.
