국문 초록
본 연구의 목적은 응급구조학과 학생들의 자기주도적 학습능력과 전공만족도의 관계에서 학업성취도의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 응급구조학과 학생 396명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 for Windows를 이용하여 분석하였다. 자기주도적 학습능력은 학업성취도(β=.515, p<.001)와 전공만족도(β=.377, p<.001)에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 학업성취도의 매개변수는 종속변인인 전공만족도(β=.471, p=.0019)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 독립변인인 자기주도적 학습능력도 전공만족도(β=.134, p<.001)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 학업성취도는 자기주도적 학습능력과 전공만족도의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Sobel test 결과 전공만족도와 자기주도적 학습능력 변인의 경로는 학업성취도(Z=6.450, p<.001)에 의해 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 자기주도적 학습능력은 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 학업성취도는 자기주도적 학습능력과 전공만족도 간의 관계에서 부분 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
영문 초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of academic achievement in the relationship between self-directed learning ability and major satisfaction of emergency medical service students. Data were collected from 396 emergency medical service students, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Self-directed learning ability had a significant effect on both academic achievement (β=.515, p<.001), and major satisfaction (β=.377, p<.001). The parameter of academic achievement was found to have a significant effect on the dependent variable, major satisfaction (β=.471, p=.0019), and the independent variable, self-directed learning ability, also had a significant effect on major satisfaction (β=.134, p<.001). The Sobel test showed that the path of the major satisfaction and self-directed learning ability variables was significantly mediated by academic achievement (Z=6.450, p<.001). Thus, academic achievement was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between self-directed learning ability and major satisfaction.
