예비영유아교사의 교직관 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 영유아교사인 유아교육과 대학생의 교직관을 알아보고, 예비 영유아교사를 지원하는 방안을 찾아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 충남 지역의 유아교육과 대학생 26명을 대상으로 질문지 면담을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 텍스트 연결망 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비영유아교사들은 영유아교사직에 대한 인식에서 생각(사고), 성장, 업무, 전문직으로 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 예비영유아교사들은 영유아교사의 개인적 자질로 영유아에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 건강, 사랑, 이해, 공감에 대해 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 셋째, 예비영유아교사들은 영유아교사의 전문적 자질로 영유아에 대한 생각, 교육, 지식, 능력, 평가를 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 넷째, 예비영유아교사들은 영유아교사의 사회 경제적 지위에 대해 교육, 직업, 경제, 여성의 직업으로의 인식을 하고 있다. 다섯째, 예비영유아교사들은 유아교육현장의 문제점을 학부모, 급여, 전문성, 아동학대로 인식하고 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the teaching views of pre-service early childhood teachers in the Department of Early Childhood Education and university students, and to find ways to support pre-service early childhood teachers. For this purpose, data were collected using questionnaire interviews with 26 college students in early childhood education in the Chungnam region, and the collected data were analyzed through text network analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, pre-service early childhood teachers perceive the job of early childhood teacher as thinking (thinking), growth, work, and professionalism. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers value positive attitudes, health, love, understanding, and empathy for infants and toddlers as personal qualities of early childhood teachers. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers value the thinking, education, knowledge, ability, and evaluation of infants and toddlers as the professional qualities of early childhood teachers. Fourth, pre-service early childhood teachers have a perception of the socioeconomic status of early childhood teachers in terms of education, occupation, economy, and women's occupations. Fifth, pre-service early childhood teachers recognize the problems in the field of early childhood education as parents, salary, professionalism, and child abuse.
