글로컬대학 30 온라인 교육 서비스 분석: 2023년 선정된 국립대학중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2023년 글로컬대학 30으로 최종 선정된 14개 대학 중 9개의 국립대학교 교육혁신 부서의 온라인 교육 서비스를 분석하였다. 국립대학의 교육혁신 부서의 온라인 교육 서비스 분석은 총 다섯가지로 분류하였다. 첫 번째 교육혁신 부서 조직 비교, 두 번째 교육혁신 부서 내 교수지원 온라인 서비스, 세 번째 학습지원 온라인 서비스, 네 번째는 이러닝 온라인 서비스, 다섯 번째는 교육혁신 부서에서 운영 중인 차별화 된 온라인 서비스로 분석하였다. 교육혁신 부서의 조직은 점차 분화되어 확대를 진행 중이고 교수지원, 학습지원, 이러닝, 차별화된 특화 서비스는 교수자와 학습자의 수요에 부응하는 맞춤형 서비스를 친절하게 제공하고 있었다. 이를 통해 다른 대학들이 교육혁신 부서의 조직을 설계하고 교육 서비스를 구축하는 데 필요한 실질적인 자료와 참고 사례를 제공하고자 한다. 궁극적으로, 본 연구는 대학의 교육혁신을 촉진하고, 이를 바탕으로 지역사회와의 상생 발전을 도모하고 질적 향상을 기대하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the online education services of educational innovation departments at nine national universities, selected from among the 14 universities designated as the final Glocal university 30 in 2023. The analysis of online education services in the educational innovation departments of national universities was categorized into five main areas. First, a comparison of the organizational structure of the educational innovation departments; second, the online services for teaching support; third, online services for learning support; fourth, e-learning online services; and fifth, differentiated online services provided by the educational innovation departments. The organizational structures of these departments are gradually becoming more specialized and expanding, while the faculty support, learning support, e-learning, and specialized differentiated services are tailored to meet the specific needs of both professor and students. This study aims to offer practical data and reference cases for other universities to design their own educational innovation departments and build effective educational services. Ultimately, the goal of this research is to promote educational innovation in universities, enhance quality, and foster mutual development with the local community.
