국문 초록
본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 지각된 스트레스가 자기주도 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 K지역과 C지역 간호대학생 1학년부터 4학년까지 120명을 대상으로 2023년 12월 1일부터 2024년 1월 30일까지 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력은 학업적 자기효능감과 정적 상관관계(r=.85, p<.001), 지각된 스트레스와는 부적 상관관계(r=-.36, p<.001)로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업적 자기효능감(β=.83, p<.001)과 연령[30-39세](β=.13 p<.01)이었고, 이 요인들은 자기주도 학습능력을 75.9% 설명하고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력을 위한 학업적 자기효능감 수준을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램이 개발되어지기를 제언한다.
영문 초록
This study was a descriptive research study conducted to determine the effects of academic self-efficacy and perceived stress on nursing students' self-directed learning ability. Data collection was conducted from December 1, 2023 to January 30, 2024, targeting 120 nursing students from 1st grade to 4th grade in K and C region. The results of this study showed that the self-directed learning ability of nursing students was positively correlated with academic self-efficacy(r=.85, p<.001) and negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-.46, p<.001). Factors influencing the self-directed learning ability of nursing students were academic self-efficacy(β=.83, p<.001) and age [30-39 years](β=.13 p<.01), and these factors were found to explain 75.9% of the variance in self-directed learning ability. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is suggested that an intervention program be developed to enhance the level of academic self-efficacy for self-directed learning ability of nursing students.
