국문 초록

This study aims to discuss the theoretical significance and practical enlightenment of student work in Shannbei Public School established by the Communist Party of China in Yan 'an Period for student work in the new period.Utilizing literature review and the unification of history and logic,this study sorts out the historical origin of Shannbei Public School and finds out its unique characteristics in ideological and political education work, teaching work, student management work and logistics support work.The findings indicate that the characteristics of students' work in Shannbei Public school are with Marxist theory as the guidance, the formation of learning to apply learning objectives, adhere to the implementation of the mass line.Building upon these insights, the study puts forward the significance and enlightenment of Shannbei Public School for students' work in the new period, including insisting on the leadership of the Communist Party of China, insisting on taking root in the China, inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of red educators.These findings hold significant theoretical significance and practical enlightenment for the implementing the student work of “cultivating people for the Party and talents for the country” in the new era against the backdrop of fully realizing of Chinese-style modernization.

영문 초록

本研究旨在讨论中国共产党在延安时期创建的陕北公学的学生工作对于新时代学生工作的理论意义和现实启示。通过文献资料分析法和历史和逻辑相统一的方法，梳理陕北公学的历史渊源，发现陕北公学在思想政治教育工作、教学工作、学生管理工作和后勤保障工作这四项学生工作中独具特点。研究发现，陕北公学的学生工作以马克思主义理论为办学指导，形成学以致用的学习目标，坚持贯彻群众路线为办学特色。在此基础上，本研究提出了陕北公学对于新时代学生工作的意义和启示，包括坚持党的领导、坚持扎根中国大地办学、继承和弘扬红色教育家精神。这些发现对于在全面实现中国式现代化这一大时代背景下，贯彻落实“为党育人、为国育才”的新时代学生工作具有重要理论意义和现实启示。
