국문 초록

In the Early Years of New China, during the literacy campaign, the rapid literacy method invented by Qi Jianhua, a cultural instructor in the military, achieved remarkable results. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the content, promotion effect and basic experience of the rapid literacy method, and provide references for cultural construction in the new era. Through the analysis and sorting of People's Daily, the historical process of the rapid literacy method from its emergence to promotion is recreated. It is found that as a mass literacy method that combines theory with practice, the rapid literacy method has outstanding teaching results and has been comprehensively promoted, further promoting the development of the illiteracy elimination campaign. On this basis, this study summarizes the experience of promoting the rapid literacy method, including enhancing ideological understanding, attaching importance to the training of teachers, overcoming hasty phenomena, ensuring study time, reviewing and consolidating achievements, and strictly preventing regression. This further deepens the understanding and recognition of the rapid literacy method in the Early Years of New China, which is of great significance for improving the cultural level of the people in the new era.

영문 초록

新中国成立初期，在扫盲运动中，部队文化教员祁建华所发明的速成识字法取得显著成效。本文旨在全面剖析速成识字法的内容、推广效果和基本经验，并为新时代文化建设提供参考。通过对《人民日报》的梳理分析，再现了速成识字法从产生到推广的历史过程。梳理发现，速成识字法作为理论联系实际的群众性识字方法，教学成效突出，被全面推广，进一步推动了扫除文盲运动的发展。在此基础上总结了推广速成识字法的经验，包括提高思想认识，重视师资培养、克服草率现象，保证学习时间、复习巩固成绩，严防回生现象，进一步加深了对新中国成立初期速成识字法的理解与认识，对新时代提高人民文化水平具有重要意义。
