대학(원)생의 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 미치는 영향: 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학(원)생의 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 그 관계에서 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡이 매개하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 대학(원)생 410명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 한국판 도식질문지 단축형, 외모 거부민감성 척도, Mizes의 인지왜곡 척도, 한국판 섭식통제상실 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 PROCESS macro v3.4를 활용하여 분석하였다. 변인 간 관계를 밝히기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, PROCESS macro Model 4를 활용하여 각각의 매개모형을 검증한 뒤 PROCESS macro Model 6을 활용하여 순차적 매개모형을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 단절 및 거절 도식과 섭식통제상실의 관계에서 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡이 각각 부분 매개하였다. 둘째, 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다는 외모 거부민감성이나 섭식관련 인지왜곡 혹은 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡이 순차적으로 매개하여 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과는 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 직접 영향을 미치기도 하지만 외모 거부 민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡을 증가시켜 섭식통제상실을 경험할 수 있음을 의미한다. 다만, 단절 및 거절 도식과 섭식통제상실의 관계에서 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡의 순차적 이중매개를 확인한 결과, 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 미치는 직접적인 경로가 유의하지 않은 것은 단절 및 거절 도식이 섭식통제상실에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 외모 거부민감성과 섭식관련 인지왜곡이 제거할 만큼 중요한 매개변인이라는 것을 시사한다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점에 대해서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to investigate the dual mediating effect of appearance-based rejection sensitivity and cognitive distortion in the path from disconnection and rejection schema to loss of control eating Methods A total 410 adults completed self-report questionnaires: Young Schema Questionnaire Short Form, Eating Loss of Control Scale, Appearance-Based Rejection Sensitivity Scale, The Mizes Anorectic Cognition Scale. The collected data were analyzed SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. Correlation analysis was performed to identify the relationships between variables, and each mediation model was verified using PROCESS macro Model 4, and then the sequential mediation model was verified using PROCESS macro Model 6. Results The result of this study were as follow: First, all variables had a significant positive correlation with each other. Second, the relationship between disconnection and rejection schema and loss of control eating was full dual medicated by appearance-based rejection sensitivity and cognitive distortion. Conclusions This result indicate that the disconnection and rejection schema not only directly impact on the loss of control over eating but also increase appearance-based rejection sensitivity and cognition distortion. However, the direct path from disconnection and rejection schema to loss of control eating is not significant. This implies that the medicating factors of appearance-based rejection sensitivity and cognitive distortions are substantial enough to eliminate the direct effects of disconnection and rejection schema on loss of control eating.
