고등학생들의 창업가정신 함양 및 창업체험 교육과 진로개발역량의 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 고등학생들의 창업가정신 함양 및 창업체험 교육이 진로개발역량이 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2022년도 ‘학교 진로교육 현황조사’의 고등학교 2학년 패널 7,124명을 대상으로 창업가정신 함양 및 창업체험 교육(프로그램 참여, 교육만족도, 창업가정신에 대한 인식 및 창업에 대한 관심정도)과 진로개발역량과의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 검증결과 각 변인들은 정적으로 유의한 상관을 보였으며, 학교유형, 학교 밖 창업교육프그램 참여, 창업가정신 함양 및 창업체험교육 참여 만족도, 창업가정신에 대한 인식, 창업에 대한 관심정도가 진로개발역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 도출된 결과를 토대로 진로개발역량을 고취시키는데 도움이 되는 정책방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of high school students' entrepreneurship skills cultivation and startup experience education and career development competencies. Methods To this end, we conducted a correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis between entrepreneurship cultivation and start­up experience education(program participation, satisfaction with education, awareness of entrepreneurship and interest in starting a business) and career development competencies on 7,124(3,853 male and 3,271 female students) high school second­year panelists in the 2022 ‘School Career Education Status Survey’. Results As results, each factor showed statistically significant correlation, and school type, participation in out­of­school entrepreneurship education programs, satisfaction with participation in entrepreneurship cultivation and entrepreneurship experience education, awareness of entrepreneurship, and interest in entrepreneurship were related to career development competencies. It was found to have a positive and significant effect on competencies. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, policy measures to help promote career development capabilities were suggested.
