국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 영유아교사의 교직에 대한 열정과 그릿이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향력과 교직에 대한 열정과 교수창의성 간의 관계에서 그릿의 부분매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 대상은 경기도 S시와 H시, 충청도 A시와 D시 위치한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 영유아교사 209명을 대상으로 교직에 대한 열정과 교수창의성, 그릿에 관한 설문지를 배부 후 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, Pearson 적률상관분석과 매개회귀분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 영유아교사의 교직에 대한 열정과 그릿, 교수창의성은 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 영유아교사의 교직에 대한 열정은 그릿과 교수창의성에 유의미한 정적 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그릿은 교수창의성에 유의미한 정적 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 그릿은 교직에 대한 열정과 교수창의성 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 영유아교사의 교직에 대한 신념과 가치를 기반으로 뚜렷한 목표를 가질 수 있는 그릿을 주요 변인으로 고려하여 영유아교사의 교수창의성과 교직에 대한 열정의 증진을 위한 다양한 지원 및 교사 교육프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to confirm the partial mediating effect of grit in the relationship between the passion for teaching and the influence of grit on teaching creativity and the passion for teaching and teaching creativity of infant teachers. Methods The subject of this study was to analyze the data collected after distributing questionnaires on passion for teaching, teaching creativity, and grit to 209 infant teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers located in S and H cities in Gyeonggi-do, and A and D cities in Chungcheong-do. The collected data were analyzed through frequency and percentage, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and mediated regression analysis. Results First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the passion for teaching, grit, and teaching creativity of infant teachers. It was found that the passion for teaching of infant teachers had a significant positive influence on grit and teaching creativity, and grit was found to have a significant positive influence on teaching creativity. Second, it was found that the grit of infant teachers had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the passion for teaching and teaching creativity. Conclusions This study considers grit, which can have a clear goal based on the beliefs and values of infant teachers in the teaching profession, as a major variable, and suggests the need to develop various support and teacher education programs to promote infant teachers' teaching creativity and passion for teaching.
