국문 초록

Purpose - This study examines the effects of digital servitization and Official Development Assistance (ODA) on the global supply chain performance of Korea's materials, components, and equipment (MCE) industry. In the post-COVID-19 context, the focus is on supply chain stability and resilience, with digital servitization emerging as a key strategy for improving efficiency and innovation. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research analyzes three countries, India, Philippines, and Indonesia, selected due to their economic ties with Korea’s MCE industry and roles as priority partners in Korea’s ODA policies. Using data from 2019 to 2023, including MCE trade figures, GTCI, and IMD Digital Competitiveness rankings, fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was applied. Findings - The findings indicate that regulatory quality and innovation are critical to import performance, with innovation playing a key role. Moreover, ICT infrastructure, digital capabilities, cybersecurity, and public-private partnerships enhance export performance. Research Implications - This research highlights the positive impact of digital servitization on global supply chain management in the MCE industry. It also emphasizes ODA’s role in supporting digital infrastructure development in developing nations, fostering trade cooperation, and expanding global collaboration opportunities.
