국문 초록

본 연구는 정치인을 대상으로 하는 폭력 행위 및 위협에 대한 정치인 안전확보를 위한 신변보호 방안으로 민간경비 영역에서의 업무의 중요성과 전문성 등이 필요한 신변보호 업무에 대한 안전관리 체계에 대한 지식체 형성 및 민간경비 발전에 기여하는데 필요성과 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 체계적인 문헌고찰과 정치인 신변보호 경력 10년 이상 전문가들의 심층면담을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 정치인 안전관리를 위한 신변보호요원의 업무 및 필요성은 정치인에게 가해질 수 있는 다양한 환경에서 정치인의 국정운영을 통한 사회 전체의 안전과 안전성을 보장하기 위함이다. 둘째, 정치인 안전관리를 위한 신변보호요원의 업무범위는 정치인의 정치적 특성을 고려한 업무를 부여하기 위하여 매뉴얼의 개발과 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 셋째, 정치인 안전관리를 위한 신변보호요원의 업무 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 정치인들의신변보호에 대한 안전관리의 인식과 이해가 필요하며, 효율적인 업무를 하기위한 전문적인 신변보호요원의 선발과 관리가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the formation of an intellectual body for safety management systems and the development of private expenses for personal protection tasks that require the importance and expertise of work in the field of private security as a personal protection visit to secure the safety of politicians against violent acts and threats targeting politicians. The following results were derived through systematic literature review and in-depth interviews with experts with more than 10 years of experience in protecting the personal safety of politicians. First, the work and necessity of personal protection personnel for the safety management of politicians are to ensure the safety and safety of the whole society through the operation of politicians in various environments that can be inflicted on politicians. Second, the scope of work of personal protection personnel for political safety management requires the development and systematic management of manuals to assign tasks that take into account the political characteristics of politicians. Third, in order to solve the work problem of personal protection personnel for political safety management, it is necessary to recognize and understand the safety management of politicians, and it is necessary to select and manage professional personal protection personnel for efficient work.
