국문 초록

Xi Jinping’s important discourse on common prosperity is of great significance for solidly promoting common prosperity and improving people’s quality of life. Common prosperity means that all people are prosperous, both materially and spiritually, but not egalitarianism. Common prosperity is the inevitable choice of the CPC for a long time in power, the essential requirement of socialism, and the important feature of Chinese path to modernization. Common prosperity should be based on promoting high-quality development as the fundamental driving force, adhering to the “two unwavering” as the foundation of ownership, building a fair distribution system as the core guarantee, and promoting equalization of basic public services as an important means.

영문 초록

习近平关于共同富裕的重要论述对于扎实推动共同富裕、提高人民生活品质具有重大意义。共同富裕是全体人民都富裕，是物质生活和精神生活都富裕，但不是平均主义。共同富裕是中国共产党长期执政的必然选择，是社会主义的本质要求，是中国式现代化的重要特征。共同富裕要以推动高质量发展为基本动力，以坚持“两个毫不动摇”为所有制基础，以构建公平分配制度为核心保障，以推进基本公共服务均等化为重要手段。
