Application and R&D Challenges of RF Chips in Low Earth Orbit Broadband Satellite Communication

국문 초록
This article focuses on the application and research challenges of RF chips in low orbit broadband satellite communication. Firstly, the basic princip les and functions of RF chips were outlined, including their core components such as power amplifiers, low- noise amplifiers, filters, etc. The main roles of these devices in low orbit broadband satellite communication were analyzed. Next, we will explore the significant advantages of low orbit broadband satellite communication compared to traditional high orbit satellite communication, such as short distance, low transmission delay, and low link loss, as well as its wide applications in mobile communication, aviation communication, ship communication, and emergency communication. The article further analyzes the research and development challenges faced by RF chips in low orbit broadband satellite communication, including breakthroughs in high-frequency and broadband technologies, the trade-off between low power consumption and high efficiency, the pressure of miniaturization and integration, and the ability to resist space environment and interference. Finally, strategies were proposed to optimize the design of RF chips, improve lowpower consumption and high efficiency, promoteminiaturization and integration, enhance resistance to space environment and interference, and strengthen compatibility and interoperability. The future application prospects of RF chips in low orbit broadband satellite communication were also discussed. This study aims to provide reference for researchers in related fields and promote the continuous progress and development of satellite communication technology.
