노인을 위한 ICT 기반 지역사회 돌봄기기에 관한 선호유형 분석

국문 초록

노인을 위한 ICT 기반 지역사회 돌봄기기에 관한 선호유형을 분석하기 위해 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 인터넷 조사, 아이템 개발자 면담, 돌봄실무자 면담, 박람회의 사진 자료 수집 등을 통해 Q모집단으로 71개 항목을 수집하였고 전문가 2명의 대표성 평가를 통해 41개의 항목을 Q표본으로 선정하였다. Q분류에는 ICT 기반 돌봄서비스를 이용하는 노인이 7명, 서비스 제공자 14명, 그리고 ICT 돌봄에 관한 연구, 개발, 기획 등의 분야에서 활동하는 전문가 12명 총 33명이 참여하였다. 자료분석은 KADE를 활용하여 주요인분석을 실시하였으며, 총 설명력은 34%로 나타났다. 요인 1은 자율성 중시형, 요인 2는 정서적 교류 중시형, 요인 3은 신체적 지원 중시형으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 ICT 기반 지역사회 거주 노인을 위한 돌봄기기의 선호유형은 사용 목적과 주요 가치 등에 따라 결정된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역사회 계속거주를 돕는 다양한 ICT 기반 돌봄서비스 개발과 관련하여 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study applied Q methodology to analyze the preference types of ICT-based community care devices for older adults. A total of 71 items were initially collected through internet surveys, interviews with item developers and care practitioners, and photo data collection from exhibitions. After an evaluation of representativeness by two experts, 41 items were selected as the Q sample. A total of 33 participants, including seven older adults using ICT-based care services, 14 care service providers, and 12 experts involved in research, development, and planning related to ICT care, participated in the Q sorting process. Data were analyzed using principal component analysis with KADE software, and the total explained variance was 34%. The findings revealed three distinct factors: Factor 1 emphasized autonomy, Factor 2 focused on emotional interaction, and Factor 3 prioritized physical support. These preference factors for ICT-based community care devices for older adults vary according to their purpose and key values. Based on the results, significant social welfare implications are proposed.
