국문 초록

본 연구는 양육자가 경험하고 지각한 원가족기능이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 Cloninger 자아탄력성 요인(자율성, 위험회피, 인내력)의 역할을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 원가족기능과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 자율성의 매개효과를 알아보고 자율성과 양육스트레스 사이에서 위험회피와 인내력의 이중 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 만 1세에서 만 12세 자녀를 둔 양육자 227명을 대상으로 원가족기능척도, 양육스트레스척도, TCI-RS척도를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 Process Macro 16번을 통해 분석한 결과 원가족기능이 자율성을 매개로 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향이 위험회피와 인내력에 따라 조절되는 이중 조절된 매개모형이 검증되었다. 구체적으로 위험회피와 인내력이 함께 상승할수록 양육스트레스를 감소시키는 자율성의 영향력이 약해지는 정도가 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 위험회피와 인내력의 영향력은 자율성의 수준에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 자율성이 낮아질수록 위험회피와 인내력의 상승에 영향을 많이 받으며 양육스트레스가 급격하게 높아졌다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 나타난 연구의 함의, 한계, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effects of perceived Original Family Functioning on Parenting Stress, focusing on the roles of Self-Directedness, Harm-Avoidance, and Persistence. It analyzed how Self-Directedness mediates the relationship between Original Family Functioning and Parenting Stress and explored the moderating roles of Harm-Avoidance and Persistence in this process. A sample of 227 parents with children aged 1 to 12 participated using various psychological scales. Using Process Macro Model 16, the study confirmed a dual moderated mediation model, showing that Self-Directedness reduces Parenting Stress, but this effect is lessened with higher levels of Harm-Avoidance and Persistence. Lower Self-Directedness intensified the impact of increased Harm-Avoidance and Persistence, leading to higher Parenting Stress. The study concludes with discussions on its implications, limitations, and directions for future research.
