사회복지생활시설 종사자 안전인식이 감염병 예방에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지생활시설 종사자의 안전인식 정도를 파악하고, 안전인식이 감염병 예방에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 J지역 사회복지생활시설 종사자(관리자급)를 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 9월 1일부터 10월 30일까지였으며, 설문지를 이용하여 우편조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 종사자의 나이가 높아질수록 감염병 예방에 정적(+) 영향력(β=.107, p<.05)이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시설안전 전담인력이 있는 시설의 종사자가 전담인력이 없는 시설의 종사자보다 감염병 예방에 부적(-) 영향력(β=-.102, p<.05)을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 종사자의 안전인식이 감염병 예방에 정적(+) 영향력(β=.498, p<.001)을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지생활시설 안전인식과 감염병 예방을 높이기 위한 개선 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to understand the level of safety awareness of social welfare living facility workers and to verify the effect of safety awareness on the prevention of infectious. Data collection was from September 1 to October 30, 2021, and the questionnaire was used for convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 28.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that there is a positive (+) influence on the prevention of infectious diseases as the age of the workers increases(β=.107, p<.05). Second, it was found that workers at facilities with dedicated facility safety personnel had a negative (-) influence on the prevention of infectious diseases than workers at facilities without dedicated personnel(β=-.102, p<.05). Finally, it was found that workers' perception of safety had a positive (+) effect on the prevention of infectious diseases(β=.498, p<.001). Based on these results, intervention measures were suggested to increase awareness of safety in social welfare facilities and prevention of infectious diseases.
