국문 초록

본 연구는 대학의 온·오프라인 수업 환경에서 요구되는 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 역량을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이를 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌 연구와 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해, 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 역량은 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 학습 평가, 교수 태도라는 4개 영역과 12개의 하위 요소로 구성된 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 기반으로 총 52개의 체크리스트 문항을 개발하였으며, 이 체크리스트는 교수자가 수업 단계별로 자신의 커뮤니케이션 역량을 점검할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 체크리스트는 온 오프라인 수업 환경 모두에서 적용 가능하며, 대학 수업의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 실용적인 평가 도구로서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze instructor communication competencies required in university online and offline classroom environments and develop a checklist to assess them. Through literature review and expert Delphi survey, it was found that instructor communication competence consists of four domains and 12 sub-factors: lesson design, lesson implementation, learning assessment, and teaching attitude. Based on this, a total of 52 checklist items were developed, which can be used as a tool for instructors to check their communication competence at different stages of teaching. The checklist developed in this study is applicable to both online and offline classroom environments and is significant as a practical assessment tool that can contribute to improving the quality of university teaching.
