국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 여행 앱 속성요인을 파악하고 여행 앱 속성이 관광 목적지 선택요인과 숙박 시설 선택요인, 만족도요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 전통적인 관광 산업과 모바일 인터넷의 급속한 통합으로 점점 더 많은 관광객이 여행 앱을 수용하고 사용하기 시작하였다. 또한, 한국을 여행하면서 여행 앱을 이용한 경험이 있는 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 연구는 흔치 않다. 방법: 본 연구에서는 2018년 1월 1일부터 2022년 9월 18일까지 한국을 여행하는 동안 여행 앱을 이용한 경험이 있는 중국 유학생을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 spss26을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 첫째, 여행 앱의 유용성, 사용 용이성, 경제성, 편리성이 관광 목적지 선택과 숙박 시설 선택에 유의한 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 여행 앱의 유용성, 사용 용이성, 경제성, 편리성이 만족도에 유의한 정(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 여행 앱을 활용해 선택한 관광 목적과 숙박 시설도 만족도에 유의한 정(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 결론: 본 논문에서는 본 연구의 한계와 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 제안을 포함하여 향후 국내외 관광객 유치 전략에 참고자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand travel app attribute factors and to analyze the effects of travel app attributes on destination factors and accommodation facility selection factors and satisfaction factors. With the rapid integration of the traditional tourism industry and the mobile Internet, more and more tourists are accepting and using travel apps.Not many studies have been conducted on Chinese international students who use travel apps while traveling in Korea. Methods: In this study, an online survey was conducted with Chinese international students who had used travel apps during their travels in South Korea from January 1, 2018 to September 18, 2022, and the collected data were analyzed using spss26 . Results: First, the usefulness, ease of use, affordability, and convenience of travel apps greatly influenced the choice of destination and accommodation facilities. Second, the usefulness, ease of use, affordability and convenience of travel apps positively influenced satisfaction. Finally, the choice of destination and accommodation facilities using travel apps also positively influenced satisfaction. Conclusion: The purpose of this paper is to inform future strategies for attracting domestic and international tourists, including the limitations of this study and recommendations based on these findings.
